At WB Elite Glass we treat your information the same way we treat your home: with care, discretion, and respect. This policy explains what we collect when you visit wbeliteglass.com or request an estimate, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

WB Elite Glass is the "controller" of the personal information collected through this website — i.e., the entity that decides why and how your data is processed.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

a) Information you give us. When you request an estimate, contact us, or upload a photo of your project, you may provide:

• Name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (used for calls, SMS or WhatsApp)
• Project address / ZIP code
• Service selection, measurements, timeline, budget range and free-text project details
• One or more photos of your space (optional)

b) Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we log technical data needed to operate the site and understand its audience:

• IP address (used only to derive approximate city / country and for spam / abuse protection)
• Browser type and language, operating system, device type
• Pages viewed, referrer URL, timestamps, buttons clicked
• A cookie storing your language preference (wb_lang)

c) Information from third-party tools. Google Analytics and Google Ads receive events about visits and conversions (see section 5).

How we use your information

We use your data only for the purposes below:

• Respond to your estimate request — contact you, prepare a quote, schedule a visit and deliver the service.
• Customer support — answer questions before, during or after installation.
• Operate and secure the website — prevent spam, abuse and fraud; keep the site working correctly.
• Measure marketing performance — understand which channels bring us qualified inquiries (Google Ads conversion tracking, Analytics).
• Legal compliance — bookkeeping, taxes, and responding to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Legal bases for processing

For visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Brazil, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR / LGPD:

• Contract / pre-contract steps — to prepare and deliver the estimate you requested.
• Legitimate interests — running a small business securely, measuring website performance, and preventing fraud.
• Consent — for non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) where required by local law. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain records for tax or regulatory reasons.

Google Ads, Analytics & conversion tracking

This site uses Google Ads (measurement ID AW-18368974637) and, where enabled, Google Analytics. These services use cookies and similar identifiers to:

• Measure ad performance (which keyword or campaign drove your visit)
• Count conversions when a visitor clicks the phone number, email, WhatsApp button, or submits the estimate form
• Build aggregated, non-identifying audience reports

The information Google receives may include your IP address (typically truncated), device information, referrer URL, and the specific action you took (e.g., "clicked phone", "submitted form"). Google acts as an independent controller for this data under its own Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Ads personalization at adssettings.google.com and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We use two categories:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function. Example: wb_lang remembers your language choice (EN / PT / ES) for one year.
• Analytics & advertising cookies — set by Google (_ga, _gid, _gcl_*) to measure traffic and ad conversions.

You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site (for instance, your language may reset on every visit).

Who we share information with

We share personal data only with providers that help us operate the business, and only for the purposes described here:

• Hosting — Hostinger International Ltd. (server and email hosting).
• Email delivery — the SMTP provider that transmits your estimate request to our team inbox.
• Google LLC — Ads and Analytics (see section 5).
• Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers or insurers, only if strictly required.
• Authorities — where we are legally compelled to disclose information (court order, subpoena).

We never sell your data and never share it with unrelated marketers.

How long we keep your information

Estimate requests & customer records: up to 5 years after the last contact, for warranty, tax and legal reasons.

Uploaded photos: deleted from our servers within 90 days of the job being closed, unless we need them for warranty documentation.

Website analytics logs: up to 14 months (default Google Analytics retention).

Server / spam-protection logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
• Deletion — ask us to erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Restriction / objection — limit or object to certain uses (e.g., analytics).
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, email contact@wbeliteglass.com with the subject line "Privacy Request".

We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Children's privacy

Our services are aimed at homeowners, property managers and businesses — not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years old (or under 16 in the EEA / UK). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

How we protect your information

We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS/HTTPS encryption for every page and form submission, restricted access to our email inbox, and reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take breaches seriously and will notify affected users where required by law.

Changes to this policy & how to contact us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a notice on the site.
